All products on Marketpresent are made-to-order, meaning we begin production only after an order is placed. This ensures every item is custom-crafted with care and quality.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs inspections.

Where We Ship From: All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. facilities and international logistics centers depending on product type and destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your order’s total delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Production Time – The time required to create your made-to-order item.
  • Shipping Time – The time needed for the carrier to deliver your package.

Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination. The rates listed below represent our current standard charges and may be adjusted if required due to carrier or regional changes.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 3–5 days for the package to be scanned into the carrier’s system.

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels depending on availability or fulfillment location. In these cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

If your tracking shows no updates, it usually means the carrier has not processed the package yet. Tracking events will appear once it receives the first scan.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur VAT, import taxes, or customs duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not collected by us and must be handled by the customer when applicable.
