1. Return & Refund Period

You have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund for your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

In order to qualify for a return and refund, please ensure that your situation meets the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must remain unused and in the same pristine condition as when it was initially received.
  • The item(s) should be accompanied by its original packaging.
  • You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

Additionally, we gladly accept returns for the following scenarios:

  • When you receive defective or damaged items.
  • In cases where the size, design, or color of the item delivered doesn't match your order.

    3. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the necessary return conditions outlined in section 2, we will initiate the refund process. You will be notified of the status of your refund (via email within 24 hours). If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.. 
    • Please note that it usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.     4. Return Shipping Cost

    a. For Defective Products:
    If your return is due to a defective product, which includes cases where the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way, you won't incur any return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

    b. For Customer Remorse:
    If your return falls under the category of "customer remorse," which includes situations where the customer purchased the wrong product, found it doesn't fit, or no longer wants the item, there will be a fixed return shipping fee of $5.99.
