At Marketpresent, all products are made-to-order with care and customization. Because of this, we aim to provide the best possible support in case of any issues with your order.

1. Full Refund & Free Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days from the delivery date, if your product meets the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Full Refund or Free Replacement

We offer a 100% refund or a free replacement under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or was damaged during manufacturing or shipping.
  • The item received is the wrong size, color, or design, or does not match the product description.

To qualify, please ensure:

  • You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Because all items are made-to-order and returns are not required, we do not ask customers to send the product back or keep it unused or in original packaging.

3. Not Eligible for Full Refund or Free Replacement

We do not offer full refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the correct item in good condition but changed your mind after receiving it.
  • The issue is due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, providing an incorrect photo, choosing the wrong customization details).
  • The product has been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused by the customer.

Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept requests based on personal preference or buyer’s remorse.

4. How to Request a Full Refund or Free Replacement

To request a full refund or free replacement, you can contact us via any of the following channels:

  • The reason for your refund request.
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue.

Our support team will review your case within 1 (one) business day and respond accordingly.

a. Requesting a Full Refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 (one) business day.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or issuing bank. Typically:
    • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days.
    • PayPal: 2–3 business days.

b. Requesting a Free Replacement

  • If approved, your replacement will be reproduced and shipped at no cost.
  • Production and shipping timelines follow our Shipping Policy.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will enter design and production and can no longer be canceled or changed.

6. Return Address (For Transparency Only)

As returns are not required for defective or incorrect items, customers are not obligated to send the product back to us.
