At Marketpresent, all products are made-to-order with care and customization. Because of this, we aim to provide the best possible support in case of any issues with your order.
1. Full Refund & Free Replacement Policy
You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days from the delivery date, if your product meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Full Refund or Free Replacement
We offer a 100% refund or a free replacement under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or was damaged during manufacturing or shipping.
- The item received is the wrong size, color, or design, or it does not match the product description.
To qualify, please ensure:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging must be included.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Not Eligible for Full Refund or Free Replacement
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received the correct item in good condition but changed your mind after receiving it.
- The product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or repaired by the customer.
Note: Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or personal preference.
4. How to Request a Full Refund or Free Replacement

Our support team will review your case within 1 (one) business day and respond accordingly.
a. Requesting a Full Refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 (one) business day.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or issuing bank. Typically:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: 2–3 business days.
b. Requesting a Free Replacement
- If approved, your replacement will be reproduced and shipped at no cost.
- Production and shipping timelines follow our Shipping Policy.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will enter design and production and can no longer be canceled or changed.
6. Return Address (For Transparency Only)
As returns are not required for defective items, you are not obligated to send the product back to us. However, for transparency, our business address is:
