Additionally, we gladly accept returns for the following scenarios:

  • When you receive defective or damaged items.
  • In cases where the size, design, or color of the item delivered doesn't match your order.

    If your return is due to a defective product, which includes cases where the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way, you won't incur any return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

    b. For Customer Remorse:
    If your return falls under the category of "customer remorse," which includes situations where the customer purchased the wrong product, found it doesn't fit, or no longer wants the item, there will be a fixed return shipping fee of $5.99.
