2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 How can I place an order?

  • Choose the product you want to purchase.
  • Select your preferred size, color, etc.
  • Personalize the product according to instructions.
  • Click "Add to Cart".
  • Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter shipping and payment information.
  • Confirm and place your order.

2.2 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported through Shopify Payments, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment options available during checkout.

2.3 Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchasing. After this window, your order enters design and production and can no longer be modified. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at support@marketpresent.com.

2.4 Are my payment details secure?

  • Encrypted Payments: All payments processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal are protected with industry-standard encryption.
  • No Storage of Full Card Data: We do not store your full credit card or banking information on our servers.
  • Secure Indicators: Look for https:// and the padlock icon in your browser during checkout to ensure the page is secure.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3.2 Do you provide tracking information?

  • Email: You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
  • Timing: Expect tracking numbers within 3–5 business days.

3.3 What if my order hasn’t arrived?

4. Returns and Refunds

Contact support@marketpresent.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos/videos if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Once your request is approved, we process refunds within 1 (one) business day, according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because all our products are made-to-order, customers are not required to return damaged or incorrect items.
