Preview Design Guidelines

Here are some important notes regarding preview designs for customers shopping on our website:

  • Delivery Time: Your personalized design preview will typically be sent to your email within 1–2 business days after placing your order. In urgent cases, we may also send it via iMessage (if available). Please check your email regularly to avoid missing your preview.
  • Design Consultation: We are committed to creating a design you truly love. Our designers will adjust brightness, contrast, text, and layout as many times as needed — until you approve the final version. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
  • Feedback Window: Once you receive the preview, please respond within 12 hours. If we do not receive feedback within this window, we will consider the design approved and proceed with production. No further changes can be made after this point.

4. Order Cancellation Policy for Personalized Products

Orders for personalized products can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, our design team will begin working on your custom product. Because this involves manual design work and preparation for production, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded after this time.

In rare cases where your design request is too complex or technically unachievable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. This helps ensure we only deliver high-quality and feasible designs.

If your final product arrives damaged, contains errors, or differs significantly from the approved design, we’re here to help. You may be eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

Question 3: How will you use the data provided by us?

Answer: We are committed to protecting all the information you provide. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the selected product or service. After your order has been completed and delivered, your personal information will be stored in our system for up to 30 days to support any potential after-sales requests, and will then be permanently deleted—unless you request otherwise.
